1. All GIA-graded diamonds purchased from Minh Ngoc are eligible for upgrade and sell-back.

 

2. Custom ordered diamonds are NOT eligible for upgrades or sell-back.

3. You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond which must be higher priced than the original purchase price.

4. Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.

5. All GIA-graded diamonds purchased over 1 year from purchase date are subject to regrading and revaluing. Customers are responsible for regrading service fees and diamond value loss.

6. The credit value will be based solely on the value of the diamond.

​

7. Any damage to the original diamond can disqualify the diamond from our upgrade and sell-back program.

​

8. The original diamond grading report must be returned in reusable condition. Fees may apply for any damaged or missing reports.

 ​9. Diamond mountings can be eligible for upgrade and sell-back.

You will receive 70% original purchase price of mounting towards new mounting that is higher priced than original purchase price.

You will receive 50% original purchase price of mounting upon sell-back.​

Any damages to mountings can disqualify from upgrade and sell-back policy; and/or damage repairs will be deducted from credit value.

10. Your original diamond must be returned to us and accepted by our Quality Assurance department before your new selection is shipped. 

 

11. We offer a buy-back policy for our in-stock diamonds that was origional purchased directly from us. Must retain original purchase receipt to qualify. Buy-back policy are, but not limited to, 1.00ct and up is -15% off original purchase price, 0.50ct to 0.99ct is -25% off original purchase price, and under 0.50ct is -35% off original sale price. Percentages may vary pending condition of diamond(s) and/or current market value.

12. Diamonds sold back without original purchase receipt are valued at a percentage of current market value at the sole discretion of MInh Ngoc Jewelry.

13. Funds issued back to client will be returned via business check or zelle.

​

14. Any funds returned back onto a debit/credit on the same  business day of purchase will be refunded 100%. Any debit/credit card returns after the date of purchase will incur a 5% processing fee.

15. All lab grown diamonds are final sale. No upgrades, no sell-backs, no returns.

​

16. Must be original purchaser to qualify for the upgrade and sell-back program.
