Lost, damaged, and or missing Insured packages during shipping will be claimed under our insurance policy. 

Serialized items must be filed with police and obtain a police report.

Once claim is filed, it may take up t0, but not limited to, 3 to 4 weeks for insurance to fully process the claim.

Insurance is for REPLACEMENT of lost or damaged items only.

Once funds are received, at which time, replacement(s) will be issued.

Shipping costs are not refunded.
