We accept returns for refund or exchange withing 5 days of customer receiving item. We will send you a fully insured label via email which will be added to your bill. 

Returns and sell-backs purchased with Credit/Debit cards will incur a 5% processing fee.

All returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition.

Damaged returned items will incur repair cost or possibly treated as a sell back.

Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, upgrade, sell-back, or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Return items that have been re-sized and stone mounted are subject to 15% restocking/refurbishment fee.

Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks to process returns.
